Here’s a sampling of what I’ve found: Portland to “All Islands” – $288 roundtrip plus taxes and fees on Hawaiian San Diego to “All Islands” – $388 roundtrip plus taxes and fees on Hawaiian San Jose, San Francisco and Oakland to “All Islands” -
