   wats it called wen u jump over the object but wen your legs and butt are past but u push of from behind
   like i already made the jump over without touching it but i decided to use my hands and push a bit more while my arms are at a 90degree angle and my plams are behind me

   dude your video helped me do my first kong vault the first day of practice. also it was my first vault. i love how you dumb down the steps and help me me conquer my fears. ive used these exact steps to help other people too now.

    when me and my friends try kongs and turn vaults at school (mainly the vaults), i hate it when a group of mexicans come over and making fun of us for not being able to hop over a fence… when we clearly can.
