   Born and raised O’ahu. I still have as of yet to see anything as beautiful as watching the sun set from the North Shore on a clear evening. I will miss this place…

   I grew up in Aiea, bought a house in Waipio Gentry.. sold the house and moved to beautiful Makaha. Lived there for about a year and then moved to Washington state. Been here for about a month. Already went back home once and I’m going again in 2 days. lol! Got business I gotta take care of, but eh.. any excuse to go back home is good nuff for me!

   I miss HAWAII so much… Movin to mainland was da worse thing I eva did… I lived dea til I was 11 den moved up here and now im 14… I cnt wait to go bak… U neva realize wat u have until its gone… Born ndd raised in Kailua Kona! da grass really is greener on dat side of da Island… HAHA:) I miss da aina ndd da ohana so very much!

   I didn’t know how much I missed Hawaii until I hear this song. Life is too short to live in a place where you don’t feel belong. I urge those of you who are longing to go back to make a serious plan to do so, including myself. I love you Hawaii, and all of you from Hawaii. Aloha…

    I’m proud to say that I can call Hana, Maui my home. Raised there my entire life. I miss it so much. I miss the feeling of ohana and love that everyone there has. The people here on the mainland can learn a thing or two from the Hawaiian people. I’m going home for christmas and I can’t wait. I want to feel the warm sand, smell the flowers, eat amazing food and just be around good people.

    ;-; army brat that was raised in hawaii for 7 years..i’ve been back every 3 years and I miss my home even one year pains me so much. Pele erupted as soon as I left last year, I miss you too Pele!!! <3

    great song,very soothing..i moved back to oahu this past december 08 after living in the east coast (virginia) for 25yrs.Everytime i’m homesick i listen to any hawaiian music,but this one i like most..no disrespect to others =)..mahalo for the posting..LOVE HAWAII 4EVAS!!

    ..I am a “MILITARY BRAT” and was stationed all over da STATES… I “grew up” in CALIFORNIA (..Silicon Valley…)… I have LIVED in HAWAII for 20 years!!! ..dis is da REASON why I WILL NEVER LEAVE!!! ..PARADISE!!!

    I miss huli-huli chicken from anywhere.
    Born and raised in Kailua (Keolu Hills) now in Texas.
    I miss EVERY THING . I remember in the early 80s sitting on Lanikai beach , looking at the Mokoluas and girls and saying “This Sucks” Now I lev where there are no mountains or beach.

    I love Hawaii. I made a video called “I miss you, my Hawaii” and it’s on youtube too. I am going back on Oct 17/09 for 11 days and it will be my 5th time there. I can’t wait to go to church on the beach on Sunday’s. Coming home…mahalo!

    man i was so close to going back because of this video..

    still here in PR, but will be visiting the 808 shortly; that will always be my home. I swear. Hawaii cant be replaced.
