Today’s Aloha Friday Photo is of Maui’s Nakalele Blowhole bursting in action. You’ll find the (~1.5 mile) trailhead that leads to this blowhole near mile marker 38 off highway 30 (Honoapiilani Highway) in northwest Maui. Simona Deidda submitted this nice shot that she captured while visiting Maui in August. She traveled to Hawaii all the way from Milan, Italy. Simona described her Hawaii vacation as “an amazing experience.” Mahalo to Simona for submitting her photo and for contributing to our facebook community ! © Go Visit Hawaii – Republication of this entire post is prohibited without prior permission. I’ve entitled this Aloha Friday photo as “Sunset Times Two” because it’s a photo of sunset from Sunset Beach on Oahu. This colorful photo comes to us from my friend Dave who lives in Oahu. I’m pretty sure if you take a moment to enjoy this photo, you might feel the warmth of those waning sun rays and hear the sound of the surf. Try it. You’ll like it! Today’s Aloha Friday Photo comes to us from Nikki Brown by way of North Dakota. Nikki took this photo of sunset from Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Oahu. If you look closely on the hammock, you might be able to see there’s someone on the hammock wearing cowboy boots. That’s Nikki’s husband enjoying that laid back view of sunset. It’s moments and photos like these that make me sigh. Thank you, Nikki for sharing your photo and for being an active member of our Go Visit Hawaii facebook community ! © Go Visit Hawaii – Republication of this entire post is prohibited without prior permission.
