All his products are locally and organically produced. Just one example of Glen’s ingenious application of his sustainable business is that Glen serves his ice cream in a coconut shell with a spoon carved out of coconut shell, too. I took the following photo so you could see the coconut ice cream flavors that Glen was serving the day I was there. I tried a scoop of lilikoi (passion fruit) with a scoop of the original, which is coconut flavored with bits of coconut candy. They were both delicious.
