@wiyemb Thanks man! One thought I have for your welfare, please consider taking some calcium and MSM pills to rebuild your cartilage which you are putting a lot of stress on. Or consult your own physician regarding how to protect your shoulder joints. I fire dup the the heavy bag for years power punching and it finally took its toll in my shoulder joints.
